Biography
Graduated from the Department of Film and Television at the Tel Aviv University. Former board member of the Israeli Documentary Filmmakers Forum. Owner of “Trabelsi Productions”, which produces political and social films. Trabelsi initiated and directed the International Human Rights Film Festival in Ramallah, and co-founded the Anti-Occupation Film Club and "Films from the Dark Side," a forum that links Mizrahi and Palestinian concerns.
In 2007, she was chosen by the Israeli economic newspaper The Marker as one of 40 women who make change in the society. In 2009, she was of 40 women in the exhibition “Women Cause Change”. Today she curates another season of “Films from the Dark Side” and of “Contemporary Arab Film Club”.
