Biography
Teresa studied film, and film directing at Stockholm University in 1996-1997, and Stockholm Film School in 1997-1998. In 2001, she wrote and directed the short film The Last Waltz, which received a number of awards at various film festivals. In 2004, Teresa’s first feature film, The Ketchup Effect, premiered in Sweden and was seen by over 300,000 moviegoers. The film also received a number of awards, including Norway’s Amanda Award for Best Nordic Film Debut, the Canal + Award, and the Nordic Debutant Award at the Gothenburg Film Festival. Starring Maja is Teresa’s second feature film.
